Moshood is an Associate Partner and heads the firm’s Litigation Services. With over 15 years of active legal practice, he has acquired key and diversified experience in litigation in all Courts of record and in Arbitral proceedings in Nigeria. His areas of expertise are Commercial and Civil Litigation. He is an astute litigator, with an expert grasp of the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ilorin, he also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime and Commercial Law, from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. Moshood is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
